Bridal Makeup is Photo Makeup

Kortni recently shared her wedding day photos with me, she says I made her day so special!  These are a beautiful example of my bridal makeup work. Bridal makeup is my favorite work, I truly enjoy getting my brides ready for their Big Day! The energy in the room is the best, I help in getting the bridesmaids and Moms ready for their close ups as well. The bride is going to want to look amazing in person and in her photos all day and into the night, she knows it will be a long day with hundreds of photos taken of her. I know I am applying flawless coverage my client cannot do for herself, using professional, long wearing products and airbrushing, all made to work with today’s hi def cameras, video recorders, and flash. Makeup for today’s photography and hi def media requires knowledge and use of professional cosmetics designed for UV photo lighting and flash. My kit is stocked with only the professional makeup, the primers, and the setting agents I have tested and found to hold up to a long day of shooting; they also hold up to heat and to photo lighting and flash. Heat and sweat resistant makeup are a must for a long day!

Why airbrush makeup?

I am always being asked “why do you use airbrush makeup?” and “what is the difference between airbrush foundation and traditional foundation?” Airbrush makeup is simply more coverage and a balanced skin tone using less product. Airbrush foundation will give you very light to full coverage but look and feel light in texture, the airbrush makeup allows the application to be dispersed more sheerly and evenly than any traditional foundation can! You get perfect looking skin while using a minimum of product. Another big advantage to airbrush makeup is the longevity, it is incredibly water resistant, sweat and tear proof. Airbrush makeup is a key factor in fresh, flawless, stay put bridal makeup. Brides get the biggest benefit from airbrush makeup – they get bridal makeup that will last through all their kisses, hugs, and photographs during their long day!

Hi Beth,

I wanted to thank you for doing such an amazing job on my make up for our wedding!  Your work was amazing and I’m so glad that I chose you for that special day.  I know it was a long drive so thank you for making the effort for the trial and for the actual day.  Seriously, I never thought I’d wear fake eyelashes and the ones you put on looked amazing!  You sold me:)

Thank you so much!

I am not sure I got a chance to properly thank you for doing my makeup! I felt great and was very comfortable. I loved that I did not worry about it all evening and it still looked good at the end of the night! Thank you so much!
